  Furthermore,standardize operating habits and reduce human losses.Do not frequently hit the operating valve at full load during homework to avoid long-term overload and impact on the hydraulic pump.After starting the chiller,do not immediately operate at full load.Instead,run it at low speed without load for a period of time to allow the oil to circulate and lubricate the internal parts of the pump.Long term shutdown storage,take good dust protection measures,seal the oil port to prevent dust and water vapor from entering the pump chamber.

  Finally,establish maintenance records and promptly address any potential hazards.Record the time of oil and filter change,and record the pressure and temperature changes during pump operation.If there is a decrease in pressure or weak operation,do not blindly increase the system pressure.Instead,check the wear,seal,oil and other issues of the pump to avoid secondary damage.
