The structure is divided into rotary assembly type and paper core internal filter type,mainly including shell,multi-layer filter materials,central support skeleton,and sealing rubber ring;The oil-water separation model has a drain plug at the bottom.Diesel also provides lubrication and cooling to the fuel pump and injectors.Once the filter element fails,impurities and moisture directly enter the fuel system.
The quality of diesel at mining sites varies greatly,and the filter clogging speed is faster;The high moisture content in humid environments increases the burden on oil-water separators.Diesel filter faults do not directly report fault codes.Typical symptoms include difficulty starting in cold conditions,insufficient power under heavy loads,stalling,idle shaking,and black smoke emissions.Many machine owners choose inferior filter elements to save costs,which ultimately leads to damage to the entire high-pressure oil pump and fuel injector.The repair cost is tens or hundreds of times higher than that of the filter element.
