　　Most pilot filters are divided into rotary type and built-in paper core type.Hydraulic oil passes through the filter material from the outside and is filtered before being output from the central hole.Partial pilot filters are integrated with bypass valves.When the filter element is blocked and the pressure difference is too large,the bypass valve opens,and the oil flows directly through the bypass to ensure uninterrupted pilot control.However,at this time,the filter protection is lost.Impurities in the pilot system can cause the handle to become stuck,the solenoid valve to become stuck,and the main control valve core to become stuck,resulting in action jamming and deviation.

　　Under high-frequency operating conditions in mines,hydraulic wear produces more metal particles,resulting in faster blockage of the pilot filter.There is generally no alarm prompt for damaged pilot filters.Typical fault symptoms:The whole machine malfunctions,the handle is heavy,the action is fast and slow,the safety lock solenoid valve is prone to jamming,and some actions have no response.Many repairs only replace the main return Oil filter element,ignoring the pilot filter,resulting in repeated malfunctions.

　　The pilot filter is a maintenance component and cannot be cleaned or reused.The volume flow rate of the pilot system is not large,but the clearance between the solenoid valve and the valve core is extremely small,and small impurities can cause valve jamming.The price of accessories for the pilot filter itself is not high,and once it fails,it will cause valve wear and tear,and the maintenance cost will increase exponentially.Regularly replacing the pilot filter is a crucial step in reducing difficult and complicated hydraulic system problems.
