  The core function of the tooth seat is to accurately limit and firmly fix the bucket teeth.During the construction process,the bucket teeth frequently enter the soil,break through the soil,pry materials,and collide with stones,and all external forces will be transmitted to the tooth seat.The standard tooth seat structure is thick,precise in slot,and has high strength,which can evenly distribute the force onto the bucket steel plate,avoiding local stress concentration.If there is no qualified tooth seat limit,the bucket teeth will experience left and right shaking,large clearance,and force deviation,greatly reducing excavation efficiency.

  The working principle of the gear seat relies on a precision slot structure and a clamping spring fixing system.Standard card slots and spring slots are reserved inside the tooth seat,and the bucket teeth are fully fitted into the limit position after insertion.They are locked and fixed by the spring to prevent forward,backward,left,and right movement.During operation,the impact force is transmitted from the bucket teeth to the tooth seat,and then dispersed to the overall structure of the bucket from the tooth seat,achieving force buffering and protecting the bucket teeth from breaking and the bucket from tearing and deformation.

  The load borne by the tooth seat varies greatly under different working conditions.Earthwork operations experience uniform stress and minimal wear and tear;Mining,gravel,and hard soil operations have severe impacts,and the tooth seat is subjected to high-intensity compression and vibration for a long time,making it more prone to deformation,slot wear,cracking,and other problems.Therefore,the tooth seats of mining machines are generally thickened,made of stronger materials,and have a more stable structure,which can adapt to heavy-duty impact conditions.

  The tooth seat is a long-term structural component that can be used for a long time under normal maintenance,but once it experiences wear,deformation,or cracking,it cannot be restored through simple repair.After the tooth seat is damaged,it will cause frequent detachment,eccentric wear,and tooth breakage of the bucket teeth.In severe cases,it can directly damage the blade of the bucket,resulting in high maintenance costs.Therefore,although the tooth seat may seem inconspicuous,it is a crucial basic load-bearing component in the excavator bucket system,directly affecting construction efficiency and equipment life.
