  Before installation,the blade position of the bucket must be thoroughly cleaned.Cut the old tooth seat clean,polish and level the residual welding scars,rust,oxide scale,and worn protrusions to ensure a smooth and clean welding surface.Directly welding uneven surfaces can cause the tooth seat to tilt,not fit tightly,and experience force displacement,which can easily lead to deformation and cracking in the later stages.After polishing,confirm that the straightness and flatness of the cutting edge meet the standards,and then proceed with alignment and installation.

  Accurate alignment is the core step.Place the new tooth seat in the center of the bucket blade,ensuring left and right symmetry,standard angle,tight fit,and no hanging or tilting.The angle of the tooth seat directly determines the angle of penetration and the direction of force,and angle deviation can lead to unilateral force,eccentric wear,and easy collapse of the bucket teeth.After the alignment is completed,spot weld and fix it,correct the position multiple times,and confirm that there are no errors before full welding.

  Control the current and weld bead during the welding process.The tooth seat belongs to cast steel parts with special materials.The welding current should not be too high to avoid high-temperature burning through and material annealing becoming brittle.Use multi-layer segmented welding,do not weld all at once with high temperature accumulation,to prevent thermal deformation,cracking,and warping.The weld bead is full and uniform,without pores,slag inclusions,or virtual welding.The root must be fully welded to ensure overall structural strength.

  After welding,cool naturally and do not water or cool rapidly.Rapid cooling can cause the material of the tooth seat to harden,become brittle,and produce hidden cracks,making it highly susceptible to fracture under later stress.After natural cooling,polish the welding slag,check the overall flatness,and confirm that there are no cracks or virtual welding.After cooling is completed,install the bucket teeth and snap spring,test the tightness to ensure a tight fit and no shaking.

  At the same time,common errors should be avoided:direct welding without polishing,misalignment,one-time high-temperature welding,water cooling,incomplete welding,and virtual welding.Standardized welded tooth sockets can be used for a long time without being easily damaged,while poorly welded tooth sockets can loosen and crack in just a few months.Mastering professional installation and welding details can greatly improve the stability of the gear seat and reduce maintenance frequency.
